Matthew Shaw, originally from Appleton, WI, is a filmmaker living in Valley Village, CA. At a young age, he was inspired by films such as The Fox & the Hound and E.T., sparking an interest in storytelling and the art of motion picture. His experience includes Assistant Editor for Lifetime and Halmark, Editor for Short Drama and Documentary film, Teaching Assistant at Vancouver Film School as well as various Pre, Production and Post Production roles for various types of media. He has studied at Peck School of the Arts and Vancouver Film School. Matt plans to continue work as a Picture Editor & Colorist while expanding his knowledge in all aspects of film making.
